Group Governance / Boards of Directors of Group Companies
All Directors, Employees, Trainees, Contract Workers, and Third Parties acting on behalf of any Group Company, across Shree Shyam Industrial Corporation (SSIC), Shree Shyam Industries Private Limited (SSIPL), Shree Shyam Surfactants Private Limited (SSSPL), and all present or future entities under common promoter control (collectively referred to as "Group Companies").

As and when required.
Respective Boards of Directors / Proprietors of each Group Company.
Shree Shyam Group ("SSG", "the Group", "we", "us") operates across multiple legal entities under common promoter and family control, engaged in the manufacture, job-work processing, and trading of LABSA, surfactants and allied chemical products. Our reputation for reliability, quality and integrity is the single foundation on which every Group Company's relationships with customers, suppliers, bankers, regulators, employees and communities are built — and that reputation is shared: the conduct of one Group Company reflects on all of them.
This Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics ("the Code") is adopted in common across all Group Companies so that a single, consistent standard of behaviour applies irrespective of which entity a person is employed by or acting on behalf of. It is designed to help each of us make the right decisions, consistently, even when no one is watching — particularly in a business that spans manufacturing, cross-border trade, banking relationships, and inter-company dealings.
The Code does not cover every situation. Where a specific circumstance is not addressed, employees should apply the Group's core values, use sound judgment, and consult their supervisor, the Compliance Officer of the relevant Group Company, or the reporting channel described in Section 6.
Means Shree Shyam Industrial Corporation (SSIC), Shree Shyam Industries Private Limited (SSIPL), Shree Shyam Oleo Chemicals Private Limited, Shree Shyam Surfactants Private Limited (SSSPL), and any other entity, partnership, HUF, or proprietorship now or hereafter under the common control, management, or significant influence of the Shree Shyam promoter family.
Means, in relation to any obligation or provision of this Code, the specific Group Company by which the relevant individual is employed or engaged, or on whose behalf they are acting at the relevant time.
Refers collectively to all Group Companies and is used where a provision applies uniformly across entities.
This Code applies uniformly to:
All Directors, partners, proprietors and Karta/coparceners (in the case of an HUF entity within the Group), whether executive, non-executive or independent, across every Group Company;
All employees, officers and management personnel of any Group Company, at every location and level of seniority;
Trainees, interns, and contract or contingent workers engaged at any Group Company's premises;
Consultants, agents, distributors and other third parties, to the extent set out in their engagement terms, when acting on behalf of any Group Company.
Because staff, banking relationships, and commercial arrangements may be shared or overlapping across SSIC, SSIPL, SSOCPL and SSSPL, this common Code is intended to remove any ambiguity as to which standard applies — the same standard applies, regardless of which entity's letterhead, bank account, or payroll is involved in a given transaction. Nothing in this Code overrides applicable law; where local law is more stringent than this Code, the law prevails, and where the law or governance requirements differ between a partnership/proprietorship and a private limited company, the stricter of the two standards applies within the Group.
